You become a kindling light that lighten ups many young hearts, to follow and to lead a life, that would beautify with words and deeds of good actions. Making a child to grow in life with speaking of good words, is a kind of parenting, which involves Parents, Elders, Teachers and Society.

It is wonderfully said that words have the power to move mountains. It may not be true in the real sense but yes. Few words do possess the ability to change the course of history. People who created history they had a wonderful way of putting things across to the listeners, followers or even to society at large. History knows all impossible tasks could be made possible through proper medium of communication. A well communicated message reaches people easily.
We have great example in the history who really achieved what they wanted in life, in their administration. We read in history Adolf Hitler was known for his power speech, His words always aroused patriotism among his countrymen just because he had power of words that could easily move the hearts. A thought provoking word can transform enmity into a friendship and peaceful atmosphere. but unfortunately a pointed words that hurts the feelings of the other can can destroy years of friendship in few seconds cause unpleasant situation.
We come across in life and experience how people suffer with hurts when words are not said gently rather in rude manner especially to the young it goes deep within the heart and mind which always causes damage to the early growth. I am sure children right from school days must be taught how to grow with positive attitude and a person who learns to speak good words he/ she becomes pleasing to oneself as well the others. But when we look at the situation today it is very unfortunate at times children are given too much of freedom that they take it for lighter sense speak words that not pleasing, Respectful to parents, elders, teachers, authorities. Respected for elders seem taking a less importance, today the media influence is so much try to imitate and children of today cannot do away without media, like cell phone, internet iPod, Skype and all the modern communications.
We older generation like it or not it is the time of technology glowing world, we need understand their mindset of the young. The children of today are very much responsible, only think we must make them understand how the good words spoken can make good to oneself and to others. Never blame a child for their mistake rather they need to be told the importance of good words spoken, certainly you will see a sea of change in them and in the society too, children growing with glow of love and affection with their words.
Always a word is like a bullet once fired can neither be diverted nor taken back. A bullet can pierce the body and go through but a pointed word pierces the heart and never escapes, A bullet may cause death. Death in a matter of few seconds but a pointed words causes pain which cannot be cured by any medicines, the pain which can only be healed to a certain extent and that to, only by good words. Well it is the responsibility of every father and mother at home, it is the great responsibility of every teacher in the schools and it is the responsibility of every elderly person in the society to make them understand that they need to grow with right attitude with right words and actions. when the young in the society do good we must appreciate them when they are wrong we must never find fault with them rather make them realize that they are wrong in a gentle way. We will see they will love to make a change in their life.
Every new born child comes to the world with lots of dreams. They expect lots of encouragements when they achieve something, lets appreciate and give them a pat, when a child does some mistake ( I am sure they never do it purposely), make them understand with love and affection you will see every young child growing with great ability to achieve things in life positive way underrating their mistakes. Thus we should think before we speak because our tongue is like a fire of hell. A said in the bible it is like a double edged sword, if you use it in a wrong way, no one can escape from it, not even the one who wields it.
So children learn to speak always good words that brings smile all around, be good all the time, everyone in the society looking forward for you to become a good citizen for the county. Your personality depends on the words that you speak, You become good person in the eyes of the world when your words are truly good. So be goo and do good.
