Higher Education moulds the young to find within themselves the skills and talents that they are with. It is the need of the hour that every nation must make it happen with variety of exposures to the children that would help them to find in which filed they will fit in at the higher learning level.
Education – the quintessence of life on which the entire society rests, with this modern century in India, burdened with the largest population of illiterates in the world, the alarm sirens are wailing in all sections of Indian society. There is an emerging consensus within India’s 5 to 6 million strong academic communities that the nation’s moribund education system, fashioned by lord Macalay over the century ago needs an urgent revamp and need to update the system according to the need of the hour as per the super brain of the youngsters of this millennium.
Higher education is necessary for one to achieve excellence in life. As higher education in India is largely concentrated on academic pursuits, the skill based training institutes’ have been just locked down as ‘Vocational training. Our current education system is only a knowledge level of learning which is good, it would be better if they could do it with life oriented skills at the higher education level that would make every young mind to come up with creative skills in their own interests, discoveries keeping in line with good of the society.
When we observe a big wall exists between the universities and various disciplines, the difference and various other divisions should be carefully studied for the better development of curriculum that suits talented young minds. A major criticism leveled at higher education sector relates to the quality of education imported. Never linger on old system of education, change the leaning mythology and content of the subjects according to the thinking and discovery capacity of every young mind who creates something useful to the nation at large.
There is ‘literacy’ being imported in our universities, but not education, A student who passes out from any institute, his main concern to prove that he is afraid of nothing. Education should make a child to be strong and daring. ‘Literacy without education’ keeps his mind in a state of flax. The sun conscious control goes on integrating on the clutter of thrash, fed into his mind right from childhood, just to produce a single basic emotion and that is fear, when this mind becomes in to action it always finds unreasonable ways and means to do all sorts of unwanted element activities, and today we see and experience such things in an unimaginable way. every young minds should be occupied with work and research which keeps them busy and makes them give to the nation something new to the people at the end of their higher education. If every young mind is preoccupied with their own new discoveries, creative works and inventions at the prime they would find their worth.
When we go back to our history we come across, this land has proudly produced Scientists, Engineers, Doctors, Actors, Social thinkers, Mathematic minds, I am sure it can still produce more and more such geniuses, only if this system of education revamped from its roots as per the need of the hour, this will do a greater change in the society. It can make the nation to march forward victoriously in all the fields, scientifically, technologically, politically, socially and spiritually. This is only possible if we change, only if we decide to change. We must always keep open mind only change can bring newness in life. Change is changeless, it is inevitable. In order to make nation be proud one has to be the change. let every young minds be a scientists, artist, dramatist, poets, writer, thinker, creative inventor, skillful personality who can make this nation a happy home. You dear young minds if you think you can. I am sure the young minds will be ever ready for such education, its only depends on how the higher education will tap out the bounties talents that the young posses.
