Children are blessing from above
Children are a blessing from heaven. We need to motivate them right from child with focused mind to face the challenges positive attitude. In order to prepare a child for life I believe it is three way process which includes Parents, Teachers and Society. Every child born into this world is a messenger from God reminding us that the unnaturally fast-paced life we live is not going to get us anywhere. Nature grows at her own pace. Her complexity and splendour is a miracle that is hardly noticed by man in his frenzied race for the fantastic. How much like nature a child is! When he arrives from above he arrests our attention and in sweet persuasive tones compels us to slow down, to pause to take time to look at the fascinating feast that nature offers us; and which we have become blind to.
Do we answer all their questions
Do we look into his bright shining eyes and recognize his appeal to us to return to nature, to revive memories of the long forgotten lessons she taught us? Patience! That is the principal lesson to recall. Do we reorganize our time schedules to accommodate his pace of growth and development, the multiplicity of his interests and tastes and his excitement and wonder at the smallest and yet most beautiful manifestations of God’s love? Do we answer his countless queries and join him as he explores the world around?
Freedom to a child often a big question.
Sadly most of us do not pay heed to this messenger from above. Caught up in the pursuit of the material we stifle the child’s natural inclinations for what is good and beautiful. We confine him to the dull and drab walls of a concrete home instead of giving him freedom to breathe the clean air of open fields; engage him with a hired tutor and deprive him of the companionship and loving care of his parents; tempt him with the crazed world of the television and the computer and destroy his natural creative imagination; introduce him to the fast foods of the city and deny him the wholesome food we had in the days gone by. The list is endless. And what do we achieve with these deviations and deprivations? We add one more distorted personality to society to hasten a decaying trend.
Education of a child and Natural inclinations
Fortunately there is a growing awareness among the teaching fraternity and among parents, that the education of a child must be in accordance with his natural inclinations. He is a bundle of inexhaustible energy and he must learn as he expends it in activities that give expression to his innate abilities. His education at school must therefore be a continuation of what begins at home and must be a collaborative enterprise of the parent and the teacher. Every day is an experiment to discover what is suitable for his distinct individuality. Every day is a research into what surprises he will spring.
The role of a teacher
The challenges of each day change. They keep a teacher alert, resourceful and young. They are demanding of course and call for commitment on the part of the teacher. Today I would like to tell the teachers how happy we should be for their steadfastness in facing these challenges. As a teacher one must Continue the good work that as teacher who walks along a child. There is no greater reward than the joy that these little ones afford you each day with the wonder, cheer and excitement of their world. It is your devotion that will set in motion a revolution that will change the future of our nation that will make our children the light and life of the world. Greatness lies within each little heart and mind; and today we must thank the parents and the teachers who discerned it in a little child who came into the world half a century ago.

resume does not only speak of their meteoric rise in education but it also recounts their innovation, planning, sense of justice, varied interests, humanity and the sense of urgency with which they seek to help the people in need, the young generation today must get a spark of radiance of their power and must believe the great men inspire and set in motion new trends that will take the nation forward in the field of education and various other fields that would bring greater growth in the days to come for the country.
well, every child must prepare himself/herself for the future foreseeing the challenges ached of them so that they face it boldly. The parents must stand as a strong pillar of support in their learning skills for life. Let us believe every child of today is blessed with bundle of talents and they need to be encouraged to tap out the best in them. Let every child feel they are recognized and they are given best of opportunities in the school as well as home. As a parents let us instill in them that they are unique and they have a purpose in life to make a change in the society for good.
