Yes, education has made tremendous progress in Indian society, which has demonstrably improved the quality of life for many people.
It is easy to see how this progress permeated through all parts of society, bettering various social classes, genders, and religions. But still, we have problems, like all societies, that need reconciling.
Let us consider some of the benefits of education in India:
1. More People Have Access to Education
Yes, more and more people are being educated, from urban to rural areas, which enable students to expand their knowledge and helps them get jobs. These jobs give increase their family income and, ultimately, increase the state and national per capita income.
2. More Jobs in Different Fields
Students, once they finished their studies, can get a job with a decent salary in different fields like IT Software, Banking, Medical, Engineering, Non-IT jobs, etc.
3. Fosters More Creative and Innovative People
Education provides not only field specific knowledge but also the kinds of knowledge which help develop a better life overall, both personal and professional.
If people studies in more than one field, they can improve their professional skills with the knowledge they have gathered from various disciplines.
Access to a wide range of studies helps to foster creative problem-solving skills and enables students to develop strengths in transferable skills such as Writing, Programming, and Innovation in different types of fields.

Education gives a lot of opportunity to students and helps them develop their lives in positive ways. But still, we have many problems to address, namely education as an industry.
Most educational systems have problems that need improvement, without which students will be held back from creating bright futures for themselves and their families.

1. Education levels in India have to Improve and Upgrade
In recent years, Indian education has improved and helped students; however, we still need to upgrade the subjects being offered and the texts and technology used.
Technology is moving at such fast rates it is very difficult for our society to keep up, but it is essential we work to provide our students with sufficient technology to keep pace with the modern world.

College students already struggle to find a job and without the necessary training in advanced technology, they are also cut off from the various jobs abroad to which they might have otherwise had access.
2. Education is Unaffordable for Common People
From nursery school through higher education, it costs few lakhs to crores rupees to finish degrees. At that cost, how can the common man afford to send his children to school?Even the wealthier people of our society can only attend by making donations to academic institutions or through other illegal means that secure admission.
There is no way for middle-class people to achieve an education. It is the government’s responsibility to provide affordable education to each and every citizen of our country.
3. Training The Teachers and Students with Technology
In today’s world, modern countries use technology in the classroom from early years through university. In India, most of the private and some of the government schools and colleges have started using technology, but only in small numbers.

It has still not reached all urban communities. In some of our rural areas, most of schools and college don’t have basic facilities. Our education system has to train our teachers and students to use modern technology.
Our students won’t be able to compete in the modern workforce without this kind of rapidly developing knowledge.
4. India Has to Provide Value Based Education
Beyond simply providing students with tools for the workplace, it is important that our education system provides them with the kinds of critical thinking skills they need to understand the rapidly redefining world around them.
It is important that whatever education India provides, it teaches them how to understand their own values and how to live a full life. Otherwise, their education will be wasted.
Clearly, the Indian education system has to improve. If it remains the same, it will grow increasingly difficult for our children to improve their knowledge and achieve distinction as workers and citizens.

1. Over Burden
Our students are frequently overburdened by their studies; this often leads to depression and in few cases to suicide. They are required to learn more subjects but struggle to learn without proper teachers.
Most of the subjects are selected by parents, without concern for the child’s interests. This ultimately leads to failure of exams and the student’s disinterestedness in completing their studies.
2. More and More Distractions
Developing access to technology has made it difficult for students to concentrate in the classroom. Students are using modern tools like mobiles, the internet, social media, television etc.
While modern technology can be an asset in the classroom, there is a fine line being negotiated between when students should and should not use technology.
3. Not Having a Healthy Lifestyle
Many of the students, both in college and younger, skip breakfast and do not focus on eating healthy meals. Most of them eat junk food, sweets, and drinks which affect their health in a long run.
4. Family Financial Crisis
Very often, students cannot afford to attend school because they come from poor families. The only way around this is to achieve very high marks but even still it is difficult to secure a seat in a higher learning institution.
Many students who were unable to pay for their school were forced to stop attending. This is the case for many young people in India.
5. Student Face Difficulty Job Market
Once a student has completed their studies, there is the prospect of getting a job. But going to college no longer means job security. It is even rarer that they will receive a job in their trained field.
Our students, as we said before, do not have access to the technology they need to use in the job market, making it difficult for them to compete for jobs. They leave college being unfit for the industry they wish to enter. India education systems have to changes and student mindset has to change.
For that both from the education, government, the student has to improve from in a different aspect.
Here are some suggestions regarding making education accessible to every child
1. Make It a Free or Affordable Education to All
It’s as simple as that. If we make education accessible to all, we will be benefiting the society as a whole.
2. Government and Private School or College has to Adopt Changing Technology or Education
Most of private schools and college have provided some modern technology-assisted education in some of the government institutions, but this has to increase.
Not only do these schools need better technology but need to train students in how to use the technology emerging in their fields.
3. Create Both Government and Private Companies to Provide Jobs
Students are struggling more and more to find jobs, despite having degrees. Additionally, the most competitive fields to work in — automation, big data, intelligence, robotic—are fields that are relying less and less on physical manpower.
Most of manufacturing and service industry will be automatic and robotic. Government and private companies need to think in a different way about how to give more jobs to students. Of course, companies want to make products and services cheap and affordable by using automation.

But if we hope to improve Indian society as a whole, we need to help job creation and gear it towards the near-graduates.
We can see lot changes in the modern India, which have given people greater access to education and jobs, but it still has a long way to go before we can be satisfied with our nation.
