The school is a second home for children. They spend maximum time leaning in schools throughout the year. The learning should be made interesting, but often when we ask the students how they enjoy their leaning, we get multiple answers. Some say they enjoy learning, for some interesting, for few big tasks to be marched yet for majority of them they really do not feel studying is so much interesting. First and foremost the student must understand life is like a diary, it is up to one to fill with joy and sorrow, and it is up to one to make it more meaningful. Life is wonderful gift of God it is to be treasured every day, one should always see to it, what we write is good. Good or bad life gives beautiful experience to cherish and to understand how people around when you are in a good position and people just ignore you when you are left without holding any position in society.
It is life experience of many big people in the society, even as an author it is my experience too. Students must learn to accept and take the good lessons for life and leave the bitter ones. Our life on this planet is short lived; turn the pages carefully caring every page personally. At the end of the roads of life you would always feel happy when you look back all the achievements, so learn to make your life interesting but for now as students you must learn to enjoy your study, while you do that you can see the process in life, that would be the great start be sure that you are going to make great impact in the society in near future as you plunge in to world of life.
As a teacher it is my experience most students equate studying with reading. I have seen students who read mathematical and accounting problem instead of solving them with pen and paper. Repetitive reading may improve retention to some extent, but the best way not to forget is to crest interest. That should be the primary aim of the student rather than read oneself to boredom. When we do not understand something we lose interest rapidly. So how to do we create interest? It may be a good idea to set aside at least ten minutes each day thinking about creative and innovative ways to make your topic of study interesting. To make classroom time interesting one should read the subject in advance. After class it is useful to read the topic once again to reinforce what has been taught. Interested can be sustained when the subject is still fresh in mind. Asking questions is one of the most effective methods of remembering and keeping the interest going. Conversely a brain that asks questions becomes interested.
Student must learn to invent new methods that would suit them and which they may feel more comfortable. Try to make use of as many senses and faculties as possible while studying. Just reading uses only the visual sense. Apart from reading you could underline, draw, write down, close the book and speak it out, visualize, create acronyms’. There are also techniques called mind mapping which is an excellent aid in studying. They say the best way to learn is to teach. So, instead if discussing physics with your friend you could teach her physics and she can do the same to you. This will also make you a better communicator. Finally, what you are studying must be meaningful to you. Your excitement must be meaningful for your subject depends on how value and meaning you are able to infuse into it.
