In school days children must be made to enjoy their childhood days. In today’s busy world where target is fixed and everyone is busy in reaching and trying to achieve the target this is applicable to children too. As a result they tend to work hard studying day and night forgetting the wonderful days of childhood. The children must be taught to enjoy their childhood days. Childhood is a wonderful period in everyone’s life. They look everything in life with wonder of wow. The flowers, birds, animals, variety of insects appear in their dreams all that they see and experience in life are something new to them. The streams speak to joyful children some tales.
Children never understand the disparities of cast, color, creed and rich or poor for them every one on this earth is a friend. They only know the language of the heart. Before a child comes in contact with the worldly difference of life, it is a personification of great virtues and love. For the children life is wonderful gift from God. They smile, feel free and play like birds without any worries in life.
When we look at our society and parents big dreams for their children I am of the view does every child in India enjoy his/her childhood? The answer would be 80 to 95% no. The big bags they carry from kg to XII with all the verities of study materiel surly not making the child to enjoy his/her childhood days. The very fact is that society wants only the best of intellectual for its job opportunities. Every parent wants their child to be best in everything so as a result the pressure among the children mounts. Parents and society force their ideas on the innocent child. In many cases adulthood is forced on the tender child who supposes to enjoy every bit of his childhood days. Today our society is experiencing a big gap between the rich and poor.
The poverty in many sections of the society makes a drastic change in the life style of the people. Due to acute poverty in their homes, they are made to work in tea-shops, match factories, crackers factories, handlooms and some in mechanic shops, and hotels etc. We could see in the cities many young children who suppose to be in the schools become rag pickers and those who are abandoned by parents turn into juvenile delinquents. We must be proud that today the government has become more child oriented it gives all the benefits to child free and compulsory education and also the government is very particular that no child should be working in any form any from up to 14 years of age. A strong bill on child labour is passed. But millions of young children still we find them uneducated.
We can only blame the parent that they should be ready to send the child to school for leaning. From the government point of view it does the best of facilities’ for the school education. So much of money is spend by the both centre and state government for the free education and it is wonderful effect by the government, the parents must understand the importance of education and must send the child to school to enjoy the child hood days with leaning for life.
The child is a fine personality in making we must make them enjoy the childhood days. The child is the father of a man was not in the sense of transforming the responsibility of running the home on young child’s shoulder. Today’s child is tomorrow’s father or mother. It is my earnest suggestion let us restore the childhood to children. Let every child be happy learning in schools and fly like a free bird with lots of fun and frolic. Let us give them freedom and make them understand the responsibility of life.
If we do be sure every child will turn out to be a best citizen in making for future of the nation. Let every child learn the art of living in school days and learn the best of virtues in days to come. Let nation be glad that in four walls of class rooms a best of child is being groomed. Every child can make a big nation if they are motivated positively towards life.
