Teachings in real sense educate someone and prepare him/her for life. Often people take up this job with passion to work there are others who join in order to earn their daily bread. When we talk about teaching and teacher we must understand there is always a difference between these two. When teaching is done with commitment then comes effective teaching that transforms whole society.
Teaching is tough job
At times we do come across people sharing with each other it is a tough job to be with. Yes it is true unless you are committed to this job and love the job surly it will be a tough job. In teaching you have the worst paid and the best reward of all vocations because you are creating a new society. Henry would say dare not to enter it unless you love the teaching profession. For majority of men and women it has no promise of wealth and fame, but they to whom it is of the unknown teacher, king of himself and leader of mankind. At times there arises questions too is it a profession or a job? a business and occupation, well can we equate to any other career? Often when we compare the other professions the lawyer has his client, a doctor has his patient, a shopkeeper has his customer and it is same with any other business.
Teaching is service to humanity
My question can we take it teacher and student relationship like the one mentioned above? I think it is not, we cannot compare and compromise teaching with rest of the business it is a service to the humanity. It is a noble call to serve the nation through education and it is a service par excellence. It is the noblest of all professions. This teaching profession should not be equalized with money that we receive. Be sure you as a teacher create a great impact in mind of the young knowledge and service are invaluable. The greatest and better gift that we can offer to the young is educate them give them values of life. As we all know teacher is not a transmitter of knowledge but a guide to the children’s discovery of the world and there is nothing more inspiring than having a mind unfold before you. Let people teach who have calling to this noble task of teaching, it is not a job rather it is a service humanity. You as a teacher have got great role to play in creating the society.
Teacher and teaching
We must understand there is a big difference between teacher and teaching a teacher can never be teacher unless he/she is still learning and updating with latest trend of the world and teach the children the best way possible. We do come across the vivid example unless a lamb continuous burn it cannot light the other lamb. The teacher who has come to the end of his subject , who has no living latest updates with things that happens around and teaches with his limited knowledge be sure he/she merely repeats his lesson to his/her students can only load their minds with old stuff. The real meaning of teaching is not merely informing the students about subjects but a teacher must inspire. If the inspiration dies out, and the information only accumulates, then truth loses its infinity. The greater part of our learning in the schools has been waste because for most of our teachers their subjects are like pre-prepared you can on repeat the same without any change in it. In that cause teaching becomes a mere routine job.
Be a committed teacher
Well as a teacher more than teaching your words, your deeds must inspire children, people around. You must take earnest effort in preparing for the class every day and deliver best to children because they come to school with big dream. It is your duty as a teacher to motivate them and prepare them to go for their dreams. All these will be possible only if you are a committed teacher who is ready to walk extra miles in your teaching profession. So never forget as a teacher you have a great role to play in making up nation. In order to make the nation the children in a four walls of a class room need to be prepared with needed motivation, if this is done then comes great inspiration among children that they need to keep the welfare of the nation first. If every child is motivated with this ideal thought in mind then we will a have nation with inspirational mind to work for nation. In order to bring this in mind teacher is the important instrument. If every teacher understand this responsibility then the nation will see growth in all the fields.
