As per my experience is concerned education today has gone through various stages of changes down the ages for better. With all its modern learning process we do have setbacks that hinders the teaching and learning process. The present day educational system with all creative learning’s, new methodology and with all its strength is suffering from numerous limitations.
Philosophers view on change
Everyone is ready to find fault with the existing system of education and even including educationist want to have changed paten that could elicit student’s interest in learning. Number of great educationist written volumes about the need for change and the new direction we need for change in the field of education. As per the words of Philosophers change is inevitable there is nothing absolute and permanent in this world, however a close thought on change in the field of education will bring out the sad state of affairs existing in our country more particularly in the field of education.
Education is expensive
Today as far education is concerned it has become a byproduct in the market. Education these days has become big business sector with all its modern technology in every field of education has become a need based without which education cannot do justice. The society has become with a view point that anything is tolerated in the name of education. The service dimension has become obscure under the cape of business. No other way we can put an end to this education becoming business, it is because more technology is being used to reach out children which is the need we cannot do away with it.
Teaching and its importance
Those days teacher was considered the best guide to enlighten children but today computer based learning changed the whole concept of teacher and its importance of teaching too. Teaching those days were a vocation with more commitment and dedication but today it has become a profession with a strong logical tone. Though education has become bit expensive but people never mind spending on education. Well education still remains out of reach for the economically backward children. And today the preference for the poor has taken backseat only rich can afford to have a standard education.
Education and now
Education now has seen a bit of changes with new Patten of exam system, teaching and learning with a newer methods, but still how far it benefits the child and society is the big question to be asked. Though we have creative system of CCE and project method which is really wonderful system of learning how seriously our children carry out proper analyses has to be done. This should not remain in the book level just to fill the marks, rather it should be taken seriously and carried out well and harvest the best.
Educational institutions today…
It is true educational institutions have become safe avenues for the less talented and less motivated. Once upon a time the teacher who supposed to be highly esteemed teacher who had good say in the society has now turned into a self-touting professionals. In order to enkindled enthusiasm in the teacher a fair sense of justice should be done to the teaching. It is the teacher who brings change in the society. Every teacher must realize that great responsibility is with them in creating the future generation.
Let every teacher in the school feel and teach the child, it is they who create the nation in the four walls of a class room .This nation should feel proud that children are taught values need for life. More than teaching the subjects every teacher must take effort in instilling in the mind and life of every child values and responsibility that would make them a committed personalities and future leaders for the nation.
