The general understanding of the world is education mean a child must go to class a room and sit for 6 to 8 hours and be with the group of children and along with a teacher and learn. But I would rather say the child learns not only from the book but also everything that he come across in day to day life style. All that exists on this planet teaches a child a lesson. The child learns from nature, form every incident that takes place around him. Often we link education with school, a building, four walls of classroom and time table etc… it is wonderful to know a child starts learning and responding to the situations with right from his/her birth. We all would agree a school is best platform for a child to learn things in a more systematic way.
They learns in the school all that happens with deep experience and self-involvement. He/she is able to respond according to the needs of time. We usually link the academic with book work, home work, project, field trip, educational tour etc.. The child knows with his/her subconscious levels theat leads them to understand that the world of nature around them, people and things and various sources around them gives them knowledge about life. The children will learn better with experience, as we all know experience is the best teacher. if every child spends time themselves reflecting on their little life experiences that the come across they surly gain a personal knowledge that keeps them get better in life. Today the society too much gives importance to mark system the children get confined to only books and they become book-worms.
Every child must understand education in a border perspective that education not only limited to reading books and limited to class room activities it is much more than that. if every child things that way then their knowledge is on education is limited. Every child should be encouraged to read outside the text book for a fuller and richer knowledge. We do know that the knowledge gained by self is better than knowledge gained form books. One must learn to train the mind in a best possible way to look for knowledge all that one comes across. A child must be eager to learn things and be courageous to tackle all the preambles of life with the learned experiences. The education becomes complete when a child is able to handle himself or herself in a give situation with best of results and able find solutions for all the difficulties in life. Well education is nothing but learning for life and learning in process in life. Let every child understand it is not only learning from the book called education it is rather every experiences that they comes across in life and learn form that experiences is called education for life.
