Teaching is a very noble and ideal profession, a job with great responsibility. These days people do not respect teachers may be because of how media portrays teachers by showing them as irresponsible and cruel towards their students which is not at all true. A teacher is not monster who will eat you if you do not submit your homework. It is just that good teacher makes full utilization of the time which is meant for learning.
One must understand teaching is a specialized application of knowledge, skills and attributes designed to provide service to meet the educational needs of an individual and of society. At times, teachers have to be tough, both physically and mentally, simple because it demands certain amount of firmness and discipline.
A teacher is someone who not only teaches lessons in the class room but also trains you to become a complete individual. Without a teacher you would not be able to learn how to solve the problems in different aspects of life. A good teacher trains you to become smart personality. He trains you to perform your social, economical and religious duties, also helps you to preserve and enrich culture, character and personality development and cultivate noble ideas.
It is great way to understand that school is a temple of learning where all chidlern submit, seek, learn, realize, apply and become complete individuals, with specific identity in future. This is the place where foundation for brighter future is laid. In a four walls of a class room every child is made a greater citizen for the country.
In general if you look at the child average time spends in a school campus almost for about more than six to eight hours. Children spend more time in a school after home. They are more influenced by teachers than us and always talk about school and teachers at home.
It is school which teaches them great number of skills to children; they learn to develop their communication skills, cultural and traditional values. They learn to work in a team by participating in various house competitions year after year.
They grow physically and mentally stronger by participating in games and sports. We feel proud when they sing a song in the presence of audience with confidence.
So every child feels proud and same with every teacher to feel proud when they child does best in all the activities of the school. Let every child take the teacher as example or mentor. It the teacher who create them to be better citizen to the world,
