I’m here to address one of the important concerns that the student world faces – the overwhelming workload they bear daily. It is no wonder that the academic trend is demanding, but still, there is a need to overlook the physical and mental well-being of the students.
We are living in an era where we also need to understand that Education keeps growing day by day and invites learners to pay an increased rate of sacrifice to imbibe the essence of learning. Education is a big challenge in the process of creating a better generation in line.
However, students find themselves locked up behind bars with a huge amount of workload designed as a key to unlock the bars. The high pressure to excel academically has made students a recorded machine that imitates the statements of their textbooks, rather than understanding the concepts. Learning hours demand time beyond the clock to cope with their assignments, projects, exams, and other paperwork.
The workload created by the modern world has completely hidden the beauty of happy schooling and also eats up all the healthy leisure time that they use for other extracurricular activities and hobbies. Too much of stress and lack of balance in their timing for curricular and co-curricular activities hinder their overall growth and development.
We should never excuse ourselves to understand that students are not dumb boxes wherein we can keep dumping too much information. The student world is the center core of education. They own the right to exhibit their talents and the needs of their interests.
We need to provide space to think widely about the path they choose to approach education. They can create wonders when the doors of knowledge provide the key to their critical thinking. Quality should override quantity to build an environment that encourages students in the field of education.
Let education be more student-centric will have the heart to understand the emotions of learners.
A holistic development of knowledge is very important to every student who enters the world of education. Let us take the responsibility of creating a happy student world with a positive environment of quality knowledge thereby the ultimate aim of education will be achieved greatly.
The future generation is completely dependent on the smart work and hard work that you’ll be putting into the minds of the current generation. Never lose and let them lose the true essence of education. Together let’s uplift the quality of education and not the quantity.
