Humanity today is living in the midst of changes and transition, both dynamic and moving. And there is a danger that you and I may in no time become a liability to society unless we bring into action all our effective powers, for which a good leadership will pay way for good society. All that today we need is a good leaders and good leadership with modern thinking keeping the welfare of the society they must work. Today’s young generation need to be trained in that line. They should be motivated that they have a big responsibility of shouldering the nations growth. In order to make the dream come true the young must come forward to take a lead.

The media today play an vital role in making of society and future leaders. The media, corporate sectors and every section in the society are looking for effective leaders. Be sure when there is an effective leader leading a team, the team will be well motivated and it will come out with best results. The media through it contribution to society must play an important role in making young to get inspired for the big leadership with positive outlook. Leadership all over the world is becoming younger and in near future the youth will play a decisive role in shaping the destiny of the world, in which the role of media will contribute to growth of every nation.
The Role of Teachers:
In creating future leaders for the country, nation, world at large the role of teachers are very eminent. In this context it is of vital importance to reflect a bit on our role as teachers who mould the youth of today.
- Are we preparing our children to be good leaders of the future or are we content with just importing knowledge?
- Are we giving them right motivation towards life?
- Do the teachers take effect in instilling values bout life?
So that in the future they will return out to be more other’s oriented than self- oriented. yes today’s young generation must be given the right opportunity to bloom in all spears of life. They are the ones who will take risk and tackle the problems. Hence they should be brought up and nurtured properly. It our responsibility to empower children and youth of today to differentiate between right and wrong values. Our education system should help them to take stand against the materialistic values promoted by profit oriented society.
Scarcity of good leaders:
The world today faces big problem of good leadership. The reason for that matter in the resent past we paid less attention to create good leadership. If we are facing a scarcity of good leaders in the society, it is because we have failed to import a value based education to youth. We should realize that if we want lasting solutions to the numerous problems, we have no other option than preparing the young minds with right values, so that they grow in right direction with proper balance and belief. I personally am happy to see efforts made in schools towards achieving this goal. Our students regularly attend many seminars in the state and outside the state and come back transformed positively. We also have a group of students who go to neighbouring schools prompting good values to their peers.
Be Positive agent
Dear teachers and dear friends if all of us make a concerted effort through our words and deeds especially during days to come, we can make huge difference. Let us wait for leader to emerge just like that, rather let us try to be proactive agents among the youth. Make earnest effort in motivating the youth with positive outlook about leadership, so that they come forward to take nation towards a better nation in making and a world a better world for everyone with their leadership.
