Every teacher today holds the responsibility of creating a leader for the future of the country. First and foremost the children need to be made to realize the leadership qualities within themselves. If this is taped at the young age and motivated in the schools, surly every child is given an wonderful opportunity to understand how they can develop the leadership qualities in them. It is very important duty of teacher to treat and motivate every child that they are leaders in making in the four walls of the class rooms.
Let every child feel and get to know how leadership play an important role even in the ordinary walk of life. As they grow up they will have early understanding of the power of leadership if this is done in the school while they study. These few points would defiantly will throw some light on leadership qualities every child need to learn while they are young.
Leadership is very essential in any organization or any industry to make the system go in a smooth manner. In order to execute the plans in timely manner a leader is a must to lead. These are the qualities of leader which is are very important, let see what are those few qualities and how can it useful…
1. To be successful, a leader has to motivate and influence others.
2. He has to get genuinely interested in others and learn to give lavish appreciation.
3. Another important factor is avoiding criticism.
4. He should be ready to lead the group when his help is needed.
5. He should be a role model.
6. He should be committed to the role of work he is entrusted.
7. He should encourage the co-team when they do well.
8. Friendly correction would help the leader to emerge as a best one in the mind of the co-workers.
In fact, no one admits the fact that he has made a mistake. No one ever blames himself although the whole world may condemn him as the guilty one but from the point of view he may be right. But the leader should be able to go through his situation, if found be still wrong, need to give the correction without hurting the person. Surly if not immediate but later the person may feel for his wrong.
We have great example in the history, Adolf Hitler who is regard as man who is responsible for the World War II. The Allies condemned Hitler and his associates as the worst offenders against humanity and the greatest of war criminals. But neither Hitler nor for that fact his lieutenants who survived him ever admitted that were wrong. They defended themselves stoutly saying they did everything for the sake of the German fatherland and that the allies were to blame for all that happened.
The thinking process of criminals and dacoits is no different. All of them regard themselves as champion of the poor. They feel that they are being punished or put behind bars for no fault of theirs. In the same way when confronted with criticism, each individual tries to justify him or herself. Whether young or old, friends or foes, know ones or strangers, nobody relishes criticism. A leader should always therefore pause before criticizing anyone and should to try avoiding such situation.
Anyway what is the object of criticizing one or finding fault with another individual? What do we hope to accomplish by criticizing another individual? Every time we get the urge to criticize, we should ask this question to ourselves, Intention to correct and improve the other person. Do I really feel that criticism will mend the other person? Criticism instead of motivating the person to act in the way you want to act will make him act exactly in the opposite way.
A leader who wants to motivate and encourage others should thus avoid criticism as far as possible. He has to bring out the faults of others in a friendly and tactful manner to produce the desired results.
A leader who avoids criticism to his subordinates as a rule will achieve phenomenal success. He should be capable of correcting his co-team in a positive manner will get great support of his team. One of the best qualities of leader he should be able to read the science of time and should know how to get along with his team.
Be a leader who inspires…
