Schooling becomes one the best investment that you spend on your kid importing knowledge. Sending your son or daughter to school can be a proud moment. It is a season full of emotion and growth for all. There can be lots of good experiences you would treasure in your heart. The school Student Care Team would like to provide you with information that you will find helpful before you send your ward to school. This letter especially comes to you while feeling proud of your kid for being in . . . . . . . . . . . (School name). The school student care team will timely intimate you about your kid’s performances. We hope to equip you with resources and knowledge that you will find useful to instruct your student to use when and if the time arises.
The School student care team is comprised of five wings Pre-primary, Primary, Upper primary, High school and Senior secondary
1. My son/daughter has a special need or learning disability. How can I get assistance before school begins?
Students are given a registration confirmation form during their admission into the school they can use to self-disclose a disability, learning need or physical acute care issue, mental health or physical disability through by filling up form to the school office and to Head of particular sections.
2. Does . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (School Name) have students to have health insurance?
It is mandatory that in our school every child must be protected against high medical costs caused by illnesses, injury, and chronic health issues. The school strongly believes student if possible family health insurance is made. This only for safety measures.
3. What other information will I be notified about my kid?
Parents are notified of their student’s progress to complete in academics. Please login in particular id is given to you from school.There is a deadline and a non-refundable late fee if these requirements on not completed on time.
4. What if my son/daughter needs some emotional support, what do I do?
School life today has become today a stressful learning for kids, but sometimes school is a stressful place also due to the heavy workload. Most of the time all your student may need is a listening hear from you. At times kids may need special attention. The Counseling Center is staffed by trained and licensed counseling staff. They are specialized in assisting students as they walk through their school days. (if there is a contact can be given here. . . . . . . . )
5. I would like to know if I want all the information about my kid?
Yea as a parent you have the privilege to get information about your ward. This is a difficult hurdle for you as a parent as you are usually the ones paying the bills and believe that you should have access to this information. Information regarding attendance, care, and billing can only be released to parents if a student signs a release of information form with specific dates, information to be released and destination. We may send timely information about your ward through SMS or you can get accessed through the Id that we provide and you can log in too.
6. Incase of emergency, How Will I Get The Information?
Well, any emergency you can immediately contact the school office or from school any emergency school help- desk will contact the parent/guardian either in person or by phone. It is very important that you write down the correct phone number and name of contact on your student’s diary and in the beginning of year kindly give all the information needed.
7. My child is not doing well in studies or emotionally good whom to contact?
It is always good to get information from the school or even from the class and subject teachers about your child’s performances and keep in touch with academic head or even with the principal if need be. The Principal will work with your kid along with a school team, exploring options to help your student achieve his or her goals.
So as a parent you have greater responsibly to play in bringing up your child for the future, at the same we as school and teachers always there for your kids making best of possibilities helping them to grow with the overall development of your word.
