Creativity is a inborn God given gift, it is for us to discover and develop it and use it for the welfare of the society. As a parent it is very important to find in your children the innate talents and discover in which area the child is very creative and encourage them. When a child is encouraged right from the young age onwards they grow better in all the spear of life. Today’s young generation need lots of encroachments because they are very creative in doing things. In order to inculcate in child eagerness to creativity the parents need to play a major role walking along with a child all that they do in school as well at home.
Instill in them reasoning out things
A child who asks question often gets to know things better as they grow. The normal tendency of the children is curious to know things more; as a result they keep on asking questions. But at times as a parent you tend to get angry because some of the questions may be very serious one or even beyond their capacity to understand at those moments one needs to very patient never discourage them. Instill in a child eagerness to develop creativity. Give them more information about life, surroundings, real life situations so that they are feed with enough to know about life as well learn to handle difficult situations. Be positive about life and child’s creativity whatever the form they are interested in you as a parents just encourage them they will shine better.
Have time for the child
- You as parents so much caught up with office work, daily wages, or may father works in different times or mother works in different distance place as a result you tend to forget to spend time with children. In today’s competitive world money has become main focus for everyone due this reason you tend to take away the time of children and use that time for office job, or for extra earning. You may be right that all the savings are for children but do you know one thing at the early stage of life children long to spend time with parents. It is very important you must make it a point or a time schedules to spend time with children every day, so that you will have chance to get know the interest of the child and area in which the child is very creative.
- Talk to child
Communication is the best way to relate with a child, take time to talk to you child and find out what all their interest and taste, even daily happening in the schools, their friends circle. Though many of us as parent do talk to children it is only a for the sake of passing information or giving the instructions. Talk to them in a friendly manner make the child feels at ease with you so that they may share and get guidance from you.
- Let them go through daily experiences
Let the child encounter daily event of the day and encourage them to take decisions of their choice if you feel they can if not guide them how to act upon difficult situations and take decisions. Help them believe themselves if they are able to have positive attitude they will come up with any form of creativity in doing things. Help with habit of making decision with your kids right form childhood, to make them self- dependent and creative.
- Give them opportunity
The child is very creative and if chance is given they will come with lot of new things and newness in creating things. Encourage the child to prepare their own projects so that they are given free hand in doing things as well as never worry about perfection in the process of leaning let child do whatever best possible way he/she can. You as parents must remember the child learns to work his/her own and uses creativity. Never forget to encourage the child even if he/she makes projects that are not okay. Just praise them they do next time better. This is how the creativity of the child can be encouraged.
To bring out best creativity in a child’s life the role of parent is very essential. The child learns better when he/she is encouraged and given opportunity. You as a parent have got a great dream for your child, it is not enough only you dream and keep pondering only within yourself, it is rather talk to the child and make him/her understand and get to know what the child has in mind for his/her future. If you encourage your child’s inner creativity you can sure that will make him a successful personality.
