In a school environment, a teacher must follow scout motto “Be prepared” It means ever ready to reach out to students both in teaching the lessons as well as any emergency situations. The following tips would help you on how to be prepared and make yourself an effective teacher.
- Take time to research your ideas before you try them out a new lesson and a new method of teaching.

- Always share and motivate students with examples that are relevant to the students’ lives that inspire them in leaning.
- Never confined to have one example always have an alternate explanation according to the situation so that the kids understand the situation better when they go wrong and get it corrected better.
- Understand the urgency and be flexible as a teacher to the situations that never harm the student’s growth.
- Students always observe whatever teachers do and let your life be an example for the kids to follow. Don’t ever throw anything away in the presence of kids. Know where fire safety is located.
- Be familiar with disaster procedures. Be prepared!
- Today technology as becomes part of the education system. So learn to know how to use equipment such as the smart class, data projector, and television extra if you don’t know to learn from the expert co-teachers.
- Nothing is more embarrassing than handling such a machine in front of thirty-five pairs of eyes, so be prepared and get to know how to use them in advance.
- Master your subject and get to know the content all in it and be able to explain the importance of your curriculum.
- Any emergency contact immediately person concern.
- Get to know all the first items and learn how to use them.
