Every living being on this plant want to be successful and thus every action of  theses beings are focused towards success. In order to achieve success one must possess great enthusiasm in doing things. If every work is being carried out with great zeal then one can taste the fruit of success. The Greeks have given us one of the most beautiful words of our language, the word “enthusiasm” – a god within. The greatness of the acts of men is measured by the inspiration from which they spring. Happy is he who bears a God within.

“We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all we need to make us happy is something to be enthusiastic about..”

If you read about the life of Jesus, you know that he exuded a zest for living, a sense of joy. His basic message was about love. This has been the secret of his joy, of the spirit of life that he seemed to radiate to others. Enthusiasm reaches out with joy, for there is nothing depressing about it; it reaches out in faith, for there is no fear in it; it reaches out with acceptance, for there is no doubt in it; it reaches out as a child for there is no uncertainty about it. Some people have a hard time living joyfully. Rejection, poverty, a poor self image and fear are some of the experiences that dampen people’s ardour for life. And yet there are many people living in terrible circumstances who, in spite of them, still exude a zest for living. How do they do it?

After a particularly brilliant concert, Beethoven was surrounded by friends and admirers who were full of praise for him. One unusually enthusiastic woman exclaimed. “Oh Sir, if God had only given me that gift of genius!  “It is not genius madam”, replied Beethoven, “nor magic”. “All you have to do is to practice on your piano eight hours a day for forty years and you will be as good as I am.”

Beethoven is undoubtedly one of the world’s greatest musicians ever. He suffered the pangs of hunger and thirst before he was recognized a musician of some repute. He wanted to be handsome, but nobody would cast a second look at him as his face was scarred by small pox.  Fate was cruel to Beethoven. He lost his sense of hearing. Totally and incurably! Yet he wanted to soar in the highest firmament of music.Enthusiasm is not a thing which some possess and others lack. All persons have it potentially, but only a few are able to express it. There can be no success without enthusiasm. The secret of a full life is lots of enthusiasm, the kind that keeps you fighting and winning over all obstacles – and enjoying every minute of it.

NEVER GIVE UP TILL YOU REACH YOUR TARGET KEEP MOVING…

When you go through a day, utterly devoid of enthusiasm, you are like a sluggish little stream of muddy water, flowing its easiest, sluggish, downhill course.

A person who is enthusiastic about his work has nothing to fear in life. All the opportunities in the world are waiting to be grasped by people who are in love with what they are doing.

Make this your opportunity to show interest in all the activities. Enjoy doing your work and you will find a difference.
