Today the schools have to play an importance role in making the children understand why science is important for life? How does science make a child to go in to deeper level of understanding about the creation? Before learning the science subject a bit of introduction about the science need to be taught to children. Humans have always been curious about world around them. The world and all its creation seem mystery; the science may give its explanation which is more convening to human mind. When we look around the creation and its beauty, we are blessed to be a part of this big universe.
The night sky with its bright celestial objects has fascinated human community since times immemorial. The regular repetitions of the day and night, the annual cycle of seasons, the eclipse the tides, the volcanoes, the rainbow have always been source of wonder. The beauty of the world is to give the humanity a astonishing variety of materials and a bewildering diversity of life and behavior. The inquiring and imaginative human mind has responded to the wonder and awe of nature in different ways. One kind of response from earliest times has been to observe the physical environment carefully, look for all meaningful patterns and relations in natural phenomenon and build and use new tools to interact with nature. The human work led, in course of time, to modern science and technology.
Science is a systematic attempt to understand natural phenomenon in as much detail and depth as possible, and use the knowledge so gained to predict, modify and control observable fact. Science is exploring, experimenting and predicting from what we see around us. The curiosity to learn about the world, unraveling the secrets of nature is the first step towards the discovery of science. The scientific method involves several interconnected steps, Systematic observations, controlled experiments, qualitative and quantitative reasoning, mathematical modeling, prediction and verification or falsification of theories, speculations and conjecture also have a place in science but ultimately, a scientific theory and observation is basic to the progress of science.
Right from the beginning of science discoveries it is ever dynamic and it is very mysterious too. In science we cannot conclude with one final theory every discovery will make new theory according to the nature of its relevance. As observation improve in detail and precision or experiments yield new results, theories must account for them, if necessary by introducing modification, sometimes modification may not be drastic and may lie within the frame work of existing theory.
The existing theory is simple unable to exampling new observations. Well in today’s context the technologies that we have invented makes us understand the deeper level of science in a better way. The school is giving you ample opportunity to prove you worth. Be confident never feel shy in letting known your discoveries to the world. You are young scientist in making.
