A human being is a powerful super being on this planet, who is gifted with creativity. He/she is blessed with many gifts and talents. It all depends on the individual to create impact in a society. What he/she needs to do is to develop them through learning experience and hard work. In the process of human learning all that we learn in our childhood play a major role in our walks of life. In today’s modern world children are blessed with great many opportunities all around. It all depends how they make use of every opportunity. Student should realize this and develop their hidden talents and capacities and must go for the best.
In order to make their life to be a blossomed one, they need to take learning in a positive way. More especially the exam that they do must be taken with at most seriousness. These days children are busy preparing for the board/ school internal exams.I believe these few tips would help them to prepare for their exam in a better manner.
The process of preparation for an examination can be seen in tow different dimensions. The first one is secluded preparation and the second one would be immediate preparation. Let us see these two how it helps the students.
Time secluded preparation
- First and foremost prepare a time table to study.
- Plan out various subjects and time allotments.
- Study all the subjects daily.
- Never omit languages they also fetch you marks.
- Use previous year’s questions so that you are familiar with very often asked questions.
- Get guidance from your teachers and seek help from your classmates those who could help you.
- Practice legible handwriting with good speed this can be attained only by daily practice. Do this exercise daily.
- Take hints of very important questions.
- Take self test every day for about 45 minutes to 1 hour with different subjects.
- Prepare important question and answers well in advance and revise them time and again.
- At times take yourself into mock examinations.
- Prepare all your subjects well in advance before beginning of your board/school examination. (At least before one week)
- Immediate preparation
- Immediate preparation means just before going for the examination just going through or revising through all you have done for the examination.
- Take all that you need for your examination hall, never have the habit of borrowing things form your friends.
- Things like pen, pencil, eraser, ruler and all the necessary articles ready on the previous day of the examination.
- Make sure you reach your examination center well in advance. No last minute rushing. Start from home early and reach the place early and relax so that you are calm before examination, your mind is settled to write the exam well.
- Never forget to take your hall-ticket.
- Never enter in to discussion at the last hour before examination, you may get confused with all that you have studied.
In the Exam Hall
- As soon as you receive your question paper write your role/ register number and then on your answer script.
- Read the question before answering it twice or thrice so that you understand to which question what would be the appropriate answer can be written.
- Never forget to mark page numbers on each page.
- Write whatever the details are required for identifying your answer paper, such as subject name, name of the examination, date etc.
- In case your exam answer script is not with margin draw a margin.
- Allocate time approximately according to the number of questions or you may not enough time to answer all the questions.
- First start with short questions and answer them.
- When you write the essay first answer to the questions to which you are sure of answers.
- In case after writing all the known questions, there may be one or two questions to which you may not be sure of answers to those questions take little time write at least answers you think it will be right.
- Once after the completing the exam, it is very important you must devote time to check your answer- sheet, in case any correction in your answer script and correct them.
- Check whether you have written your correct roll number.
- See you have written question numbers to all the questions and answers.
- See all the spelling corrections where ever necessary.
- Have a proper way to tie all your answer scripts and submit to the examiner.
- Once handing over the paper out of exam hall never discuss anything about exam, it may lead to tension.
- If you have done be happy and get proper rest and be ready to prepare for next forth coming examination.
- In case if you have written wrongly never worry over, you can’t change what you have done. So keep cool continue to prepare for the rest of the examinations.
