The growth of a child depends on school, Parents, teachers and how they work together the day today activities of the school. If it goes in smooth manner which mean the school manages well. It is very important in the case of KG kids everyone must alert. Never compromising anything for the good of the child. The children are more precious to parents, they have a greater dreams for the ward right form young age onward. In order to fulfill their dreams both school and teacher must go hand in hand and be sure this is only possible when partners co-operate with the school management and teachers. In order to make things easier for everyone, followings are the simple guidelines to parents. You can always add more points as you wish, it all left to individual school to decide. It is only simple tips for the parents to make a better learning environment for the child.
1 All the books and Notebooks should be given to the class teacher on …………… without fail.
2 Kindly send one box of pencil, …. Eraser, …. Sharpener and Crayons with his/her name
3 Children should wear uniform daily.
4 First few days the child’s name should be written and pined up the shirt.
5 Be in time at the bus point. Parents should pick up the chid at the point without fail’
6 Books should be covered with brown sheet, Label with name, class & section. Divide the note into two part and write the names.( leaving 10 to 15 pages).
7 Chart work will be given to children. Parents kindly co-operate with the work given.
8 Teaching about fruits and vegetables, Parents are requested to send required fruits and vegetables when it is needed.
9 Home work should be done by the child and not elders. Guide and help them only.
10 Picture reading should be done daily.
11 Leave letter should be given on or before taking leave.
12 Children having cough, Cold & fever can take leave.
13 Lunch limited with side dish daily(veg) no pickles and appalam.
14 Limited snacks (fruits, dry fruits, sprouts, steam veg).
15 Spare dress to be put in a visible cover with his/her name.
16 Water bottle, spoon, Lunch bag, Napkin with name.
17 A hand kerchief to be pinned or put in the pocket.
18 Toilet should be done at home.
19 Any information is send in handbook or SMS kindly note it (School Code)
20 Books should be kept neat and clean.
21 Parents should submit a photo along with a child.
22 URGENT PHONE CALLS FROM SCHOOL if any kindly respond immediately.
23 All Saturdays will be holiday for LKG and UKG.
- Parents must come to school with proper dress code.
- Be in time to school and take the child back home in time after school.
