1. In a globally chancing scenario, when we look at education system in developing nations and world at large it is unique in each country, it has brought vast development in all the spear of life.
2. As whole we have made some changes according to the needs of time, but it needs to be updating itself to the relevance of time. Our present education system which is good enough but we could thing for better tomorrow while we are thinking of the young minds with modified leaning.
3. Present system of education which is only Mark oriented which only boost memory concept, but it would be better if we could modify our Education system to meet the talented and creative mindset of student’s intelligence.
4. Keeping in mind the today’s young minds would I would suggest a new system that caters education which would make every child learn along with life skills. It would make learning more interesting, while the child from his/her school days starts learning job skills.
5. We need to have a school syllabus which teaches theory in the morning and in the noon Practical sessions, for which the lessons to be framed from grade III- XI Grade. (It is a great task and it needs lots of planning).
6. The new system should include Manufacturing/ Assembling/ designing/ Creative art work/ interior Dec/Agricultural/ fashion/ assemble wrist watches/brick making/flower making/wood carving/fashioning clothing/web design/filming/ and more which includes the interest of the child too.
7. I am sure a child from class Grade III to XI start getting remuneration for their work while they study. If this is going to be executed in schools in developing countries, the big number of student community will starts earning from the school itself, that would make developing nations economically grow better.
8. Every school will have a creative Product that has been made or invented by the children, which would find a Market in local state or country which can be given at the cheaper price.
9. This also will create job opportunity, while every child finds his skill at the younger age itself; they can make it grow form school days. This wonderful opportunity would create them to become professionals too, while they finish up their XII the Grade they make themselves along with job skills in hand. He/ she can start his/her own business find market for their product since online marking is picking up and it will be more globalized in the days to come.
10. Countries like India and other third world Nations soon will be welcoming Foreign Direct Investment – that would make every child find a job easily from the world of market. Since it’s the product made by students it can be made viable to market for cheaper Price for the citizens.
11. The unemployment will get reduced, creativity of the child will be found in the early age and it can be a greater deal to developing nations and for its economic.
12. It is a flash of thought that lingered in my mind for long, How we can make education earning along with learning? I am sure it can only possible if some big private companies or educational institutions try this method with the permission of the Education Ministry and try how it works then we can thing big.
I am sure you will find lots of people having difference of opinion/ doubts/ anxiety/ as I had when I thought of this method, but I am confident some changes in the school time table deep planning will make education system that will attract the world. This thought flashed my mind when I look at the bundle of talents these millennium children are blessed with. I am sure school going children would welcome this type of learning that will pay way for their creativity and creates vision for oneself and for the nation by large. It requires lots of curriculum planning, challengers to be faced to. This is a dream that should come true, at least if not now may be later.
