New users are provided with a complimentary Basic Membership plan. If you wish to access additional content, you have the option to upgrade to the Plus plan.

Is there a free trial available with Kidzrio?

Currently, we do not provide free trials.

Can I switch between different Membership Plans?

Absolutely. We understand that your educational needs may change over time. You can switch between different membership plans at the end of your current subscription period. Just visit your account settings to make the change.

How do you handle payment?

We use Pay with Razorpay app to make payment for your subscription.

What's the activation time after payment for the membership?

Your payment accepted instantly and will be verified. Your membership account will be approved instantly. Sometimes may delay any issues with payment delay.

Why is my membership account still pending even after making the payment?

Your membership will be activate instantly. Sometimes payments may take some time to appear in our accounts. Kindly wait for up to 1 to 2 hours to get your membership activate.

Is the membership automatically renewed every month?

At the moment, the auto-renewal feature is not active. The current Plus plan is priced at 99 per month, providing a 30-day validity. There won’t be automatic deductions each month. (Please note that auto-renewal is not enabled.) If you wish to continue accessing the Plus plan each month, you’ll need to manually renew it.

How do I access information about my membership plan?

Navigate to the Login menu, log in to your account, and below the ‘My Store Account’ section, you will find your current membership details along with the expiration date.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the resources will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be billed for the subsequent periods.
